Following sales leads and scheduling appointments with prospective customersConsultation with customers providing solutions for their projects.Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetingsContinually strive for 100% satisfaction with clientsPrepare estimates for specific projects, provide product recommendations and solutions for the customer.Responsible for all sales merchandising, technical information, customer product knowledge, and evaluating the area's market needs and business conditions in your territory.Manage customer account receivablesAttend monthly sales meetingRequirements:Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and own reliable vehicleExcellent interpersonal, communication, written, sales and Customer Service skills are necessaryProfessional appearance and demeanorSuperior time-management and organization skillsPositive, team-oriented attitudePrevious building material sales experience (not required)Knowledge of building materials products highly desirableAbility to operate computer equipment and applicable programs is required
